Frequently asked questions
Is the receipt enough for a warranty claim?
Yes. In Bulgaria the legal warranty is at least 2 years and you prove it with the receipt or invoice, even without a warranty card. The trouble is that thermal paper fades within months. The photo in Boncho doesn't.
How much does it cost?
Boncho is free. You can keep up to 50 purchases with an active warranty and up to 500 MB of photos and documents. Purchases with an expired warranty don't count.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. If you create a family, its members see the shared purchases too. Files are never public and only open after signing in.
What happens when I sell something?
Hand the purchase over to the buyer using their email. They accept it into their Boncho with the receipt and warranty, and it leaves yours.
What if I stop using Boncho?
Download everything from Settings as a ZIP: a spreadsheet of your purchases and the original files. Then delete your account and data with one button.
